We breed all our stock to maximize the taste of the pork. We let our pigs grow naturally and only use feed from local sources;
local baker,
local potato grower,
local cider maker
and pig nuts all sourced within 9 miles from the farm.
We cross rare breeds with a large white boar which means it takes a little longer to fatten but we think it is worth it for an end result full of flavour and completely natural!
Happy pigs taste better!
